Worst office and physicians I have ever seen! Please don't waist your time and money!
The office staff here is horrible. They act like they don't like their job nor want to do their job. Gil or whatever his name is, is rude.
I had an appointment with Dr. Leonard Kassis on July 10, 2024 and I was denied service because I did not want to provide a debit or credit card to put on file. I was very disappointed in the service I received today. I don't agree with the new policy and find it unacceptable. I spoke to many people who stated if I did not give a debit card or credit card, I could not see a doctor. The staff was unhelpful and had poor listening skills. This office will make you feel like you're nothing but a dollar sign! Terrible medical office, do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE!!! If you go here, expect to be unreasonably judged by your doctor, forced to make appointments for matters that could be sorted in a 30 second phone call, and forced to walk in to the office in person to deal with any issues, considering the call center will take a week to communicate anything to the actual office.
