So uncooprative staff and even if we send a information one staff will say yes i got it will follow up and another will say there is no any record frustating
I have been a patient for many years. I will never ever return. Dr Takhar almost cost me my surgery date for a knee replacement. It's nearly impossible to get referrals or information needed for my surgeon or the PT needed. On top of that an issue with insurance came up and the back office was confused on proper coding to get paid. Ashish wanted me to call the insurance company to straighten this out! Worst office and physicians I have ever seen! Please don't waist your time and money!
The office staff here is horrible. They act like they don't like their job nor want to do their job. Gil or whatever his name is, is rude.
