Anyone who is tired of the aches and pains or is just looking for a great way to decompress from all the things should run and book an appointment. I have been going to Jeff for years now and highly recommend him! His knowledge of the body and explaining how it all connects helps to make me aware of the things I may be doing impact my body. He offers flexible hours which works for my crazy schedule and I love the cozy atmosphere and access to own private bathroom. Once you book you will be hooked. Enjoy!

Jeff is the best massage therapist I've encountered. He intuitively knows what my body needs, even when I sometimes don't. He blends techniques to meet individual needs, so I always get exactly the kind of therapy I need - whether it's deep-tissue massage to get the knots out or simply a relaxation massage to help me de-stress. I also love that I can make my appointments online - no phone calls needed. Highly recommend!
