Receptionist lady and nurse were rude and acted annoyed just because I asked questions about my appointment. Was told I need to see dr m salwan in person for an inhaler when his wife saw me virtually and gave me the same prescription. I’m dealing with asthma now and their next available appointment is a month away so that’s not going to work, and to top it off they said they don’t accept my insurance so what a waste of time. Dr. Salwan has been my physician since 2015. Feel like he's a friend always there for me
Not sure why my review was deleted but, as I reviewed before, Dr. Salwan is a great MD from my experience but his staff is definitely subpar, unprofessional, and inefficient. Understandable that he decided not to see me anymore because he has to stick with his team. Does not change the fact that his staff needs MAJOR MAJOR work on customer service. As a healthcare professional myself I’d recommend this physician but don’t recommend dealing with his subpar staff. Good luck.
