My family and I have used Dr. Micheals for years and today we were informed that he is no longer able to accept self-pay patients so we have to find a new doctor. MaxHealth bought the office and it seems like that was a real downgrade unfortunately.
I used Dr Michaels for almost 10 years. Recently they decided to let another company take over. I spent 3 hours yesterday calling 3 different numbers for my medical records. They have no clue apparently where they are. I will never use them again. And if my records are ever found, I will transfer them. This new company is worthless and I no longer trust them. On the Day 30 I will also be contacting a lawyer I'd my records are not in hand.
If I could give a negative star I would!! Do Not, I repeat Do Not go to these people! I literally had only scheduled to have an EKG done and apparently if you don't go see them every year they kick you out and can never come back!! So I live in Florida with limited primary care Physicians! I am a single father with no insurance, so Seeing them for no reason of sickness only cost me money, but when i do need them Now I cant see them ever!! How is this making sense? Doctor Michaels really cares, which is why I've been with him for 4 years now. Also, the office staff does their best to get my questions answered in a timely manner!
