I was very pleased the new ARNP Deborah Coupland. She was able to understand my needs and made a plan to make me feel better. I was very excited to learn that she is certified in Menopause care, this is a rare and very important service to be able to provide your patients.
Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. K. Michaels is knowledgeable and listens to his patients.

I have seen the Dr. for years off and on. Mainly because I don't like his bedside manner. He brushes everything off, went too fast and so on. Anyway, I needed to see the Dr but the only one available was the nurse practitioner. I am completely happy I went to see her. She took her time with me to explain and she understood what I was going through. Ordered tests I need and on my way. As long as shes there I'll definitely be going back.
