If you need these people be prepared to wait on hold all day. It doesn’t matter what time you call. Normal wait times to talk to a person are over 30 minutes. My doctor is good but the office and people who work the phones and front desk are trash.
This office is apparently closing with no further details. No idea where the Physcians are going and no referrals to another neurologist. They never answer their phone and never call back. They should have a minus 5.
This place is 100% about the money and not the patients health. They wouldn’t tell me my blood work results without an appointment. I paid for one appointment just for them to send me for bloodwork! Now I have to pay for another!? Could’ve been a 5 minute conversation on the phone. Go anywhere else but this place…. They just aren’t friendly either. Claims I owe $66 and sent me to collections. I've never been to this place!!!
Tried to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was so rude. She was giving me attitude right off the bat. Seemed like she didn't want to do her job and wanted to get me off the phone. When I told her she wasn't helping any she slammed down the phone and hung up. If I was a physician here I would not want her working at my office since she is losing me patients. My interaction with this horrid lady was on 9/14/2022 at 3:00pm .
