Clearly none of the reviews you’re getting are any motivation to change how your of age staff speaks to people. Got a phone call this morning, missed it, called back, and the receptionist felt the need to repeat herself more than 3 times about who I had called back, and felt the need to remind me my voicemail was full, not once, but twice in a disgusting adolescent manner. My 2022 encounter with Bradenton Neurology On 12/12/2022 my primary care physician, Dr David Grace diagnosed me with a possible pinched nerve and referred me to Bradenton Neurology to have the pinched nerve identified for repair. Bradenton Neurology informed me that the first available appointment was on 01/17/2023, (that was a 35 day wait). I told the person that I was in extreme pain and could not wait that long. I had left several messages on different days with different staff members and was assured I would get a return call back regarding insurance company coverage for a procedure to be done . Needless to say I never received the call back and canceled my appointment due to irresponsibility of the staff. How can I trust this facility in doing an important procedure when I cant trust the staff to make a simple back to a patient? I am very disappointed. Now I can understand why their rating is so poor. I Finally Found A Great Dr Hear I Have Been Reading The Reviews Some Not Good I Will Be Going Hear I Did Not Have A Bad Experience It Was Really Great To Find A Good Dr As Well As The Receptionist They All Where Very Friendly And Curious To My ?
