I'm very unhappy with the service from this company!! They re-keyed a complex I manage and the workmanship was very poor on the lock install and the locks themselves are also poor quality and quit working frequently. If this wasn't bad enough....after 3 calls and 3 weeks and still a no-show to fix the pool lock everybody uses, it took a stop from the complex president to get them out. Now the same lock has malfunctioned again and pool access has been hindered for our many guests because a call to the owner still has not been... read more
