Super nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend Taylor Bobbitt as she took the time to listen to my concerns and was quick during the exam when it was painful.
Sammie is truly the best, most compassionate provider but this office has become a nightmare. The front desk is unprofessional and the phone schedulers are horrible. This has been an ongoing issue and patient feedback isn’t being taken seriously. It’s really frustrating when you adore a provider but have to work with an office staff that is frequently unkind and unprepared to do their jobs.
Great doctors when you can get into see them. Not great in an emergency situation though, or teenager looking for birth control. (My daughter has to wait a month for a first appointment) Several days of pain in tender areas = 7+ days of waiting for an appointment.
I have been seen by NPs- Sami and Sarah ~ both so pleasant and professional: ) I had surgery with Dr Desai - love her too !! The portal is usually pretty timely - sometimes not : /
