If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I do not recommend this facility to any woman. My daughter had a follow up visit and I regret I was unable to be with her. The doctor that saw her by the name of Joyce was so rude to her and demeaning that my daughter left there crying. She made her feel responsible for the issue she was having. Taylor is very personable and my experience was very pleasant.
On my very first visit Jenna made a huge impression I was a little nervous but she just began to explain everything to me it was exactly what I needed and then Joyce came in and wow! If I were just reviewing the Front desk staff and the staff in the mammogram area, I would give them a 5. However, I had to meet halfway because I would give Joyce Kepto, ARNP, whom I saw today, a 1. I had a new patient appointment. I was seen 50 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. She spent a total of 4 minutes with me( I timed it).
