Called to make an appointment on July 2nd, waited approximately 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone, finally some one did. Got an appointment 2 weeks out for a bone density scan. However, 4 months ago called to make an appointment for a mammogram after being on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told it would be 5 weeks for an appointment. Have been going here for 9 years and have never had this bad of service. Will have to think twice about returning to this outfit. There are better options out there.

I arrived early and was greeted politely. I was able to get my X-ray completely before my actual appointment time. The staff was great upfront and technician doing X-ray was extremely professional. Thank you!

I had bone density and mammogram with Mary Ann. She was compassionate, gentle, friendly and professional. Simply wonderful. While in process of doing bone density a young woman walks in without knocking. Apparently thats how it is there. I am a Veteran and that startled me. Common courtesy is knocking. Which is why gave the facility gets 4 stars but Mary Ann definitely gets 5 stars from me.!!

Appointment was at 1:30pm you check in at 1:15 pm. You got called in at 1:55pm just to be told that they can’t do the test since they have not gotten the primary results from your other place.

This was my first visit for an ultrasound. Having read some of the reviews I was not sure what to expect. I found everyone polite and friendly. The tech was very efficient and explained everything about the procedure clearly. I will be very happy to use them again.
