I am impressed with our Parrish office. This is my third time that I’ve been referred there and on each occasion it has been perfect. The ladies at the front desk are the best and the technicians are also the best as well. I highly recommend this office! I’m glad they are here!
I have been going to Manatee Diagnostic Center Parrish location for many years for a variety of services. I have had no complaints with any technician doing bone density, ultrasounds or my MANY mammograms until my last visit. I’m furious with the way I was treated by a technician named DELANEY. I’ve been to this place several times now and I refuse to go back anymore. We’ll be going to Simon med for any imaging in the future. The different departments- front desk, billing medical records. None of them speak to each other. None of them are on the same page. I called and left five different voicemails for the medical records department, and they never once called me back. It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. They never pick up the phone, and you can be waiting forever just for someone to answer. The receptionist is, without exaggeration, the rudest and most unfriendly I’ve encountered in any medical setting. The technician who performed my mammogram was very sweet, but I needed a call-back appointment and trying to schedule it was an absolute nightmare. Don't believe the hours, they close early, and staff can be unkind (they also have some kind staff too) but do not believe the hours.
