So I came in to get a x-ray as a walk in and I have been in pain the hole time I been here and I can’t sit down to long because of my back pain. I have watched 8 walk in come and go before me. And when I voice I been waiting here the lady said they have not seen me yet because they was waiting my insurance. But the thing is regardless if I and self pay or have insurance I should still have my place in line to be seated. Awesome close to home didn't have to cross the bridge to Bradenton and it was fairly quick . From now on ill have my mri done here from now on
Great experience.
Front desk receptionist was very unfriendly and not helpful at all Insisted that they had not received my order for my test although my doctor's office had two confirmations that they faxed the order successfully. Now waiting for them to confirm a third transmission of the faxed order. Very discouraging. Would not use this location again Riverside location is much friendlier and helpful
Horrible. Cannot be read. Go ANYWHERE else.
