Not very helpful, wouldn't even look at paperwork I had.Inflexible to unique situations. Kept insisting I had to do something in another State even if it was physically impossible for me to accomplish that task and just kept repeating it even as I asked how I was suppose to do so? Had to figure out on my own as info I was given at counter was only partially correct

I had a great experience today in this office. The young lady who handled my registration was very professional and so very nice. She made sure I understood all my fees and taxes.
Dropped in yesterday to get my Florida DL and to transfer a title from Illinois to Florida & buy plates (tags😎). Kim helped me and was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Thanks for having such a good employee and a great team at the Lakewood Ranch branch.
What a great experience having my name changed, license renewed, vehicle and voter registration all updated in one visit. CSR Denise was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
I don't even know where to start. Send my tag when I pay for it, for one. It would have helped if you had told me that I would have to pay again if I don't receive them; if someone in your office could help me when I walked in. No one could tell me anything except call a telephone number.
Arrived early for my drivers license renewal appointment. They got me in a few minutes early and I was out 11 minutes later! this renewal included a new picture and extra verification of extra documentation because of the “real ID“ requirements. The clerk who helped me was happy, speedy and answered all my questions.
