Terrible service. Went twice and they just LOST my kids new records and I need to do it all again and they told me to come back there one they and when I did the manager wasn't there. Horrific disorganized.
Awful, lady hung up on me 3 times and would not give me her name or allow me to speak to her manager. All I needed was her to fax over a simple paper so my son can start school and she was incapable of doing such a simple task.
