We received outstanding personal attention and specific advice from owner, Dan, to assure our mattress "needs" were met and that we would be confident in choosing the best product for us. Delivery is a bit slow -- mattress is made and then ships upon order from Arizona -- but Dan was always on top of things and regularly provided updates. There is a reason this "out of the way" store has been in business for many years: customer satisfaction.
