Absolutely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of Time I had an appointment scheduled this past Friday at 1:30 PM to view an apartment. I showed up early and waited over an hour—no signage, no communication, nothing. Eventually, two individuals showed up, and one of them reeked of weed the second he walked through the door. The smell hit me like a heat wave—completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The same employee was clearly high and barely coherent. Would choose no stars if I could. If you break your lease, you get a 3300 "penalty fee, in addition to paying 2 months rent." I lost a perfect 55+ availability bc I couldn't afford it. Maintenance is horrible. After months, they finally replaced dishwasher. They actually blamed me. Carpet wears out quickly. Mountains of trash by the compactor. You hear every footstep above you. Maintenance is not helpful here at all. They'll treat you like someone with a room temp IQ. After which, not provide a solution to your problem.
