Hector helped me with a maintenance issue yesterday, a Saturday, and he was very knowledgeable about what he was fixing. He replaced my thermostat and made the hot water warmer. I am very thankful he was the one to help me out that day.
I’m changing my review from 1 star to 4. I feel that Manassas Yards has had a lot of issues but I know that the management is working hard to remedy these problems. Tanika and her staff(I don’t know everyone’s names, my apologies) are very helpful and have helped me with a serious situation. I appreciate them a lot.
Absolutely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of Time I had an appointment scheduled this past Friday at 1:30 PM to view an apartment. I showed up early and waited over an hour—no signage, no communication, nothing. Eventually, two individuals showed up, and one of them reeked of weed the second he walked through the door. The smell hit me like a heat wave—completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The same employee was clearly high and barely coherent.
