I came to visit the apartments and everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. Answered all of my questions. My partner and I also got introduced to the maintenance in passing and they were also very nice. Which is a great plus when looking for apartments. I would definitely recommend looking into them
This place has gone worse! Every time they changed management, it has gone down with new issues. From trash being everywhere to people ding dung ditching at night, to loud neighbors that’s don’t respect apartment living. When you escalate issues to the management don’t expect a call or reply from them because they simply don’t care. If you go in person, they are hardly available to talk to! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Emma has always helped me with any of my questions, even with the one time when there was an issue. She’s been so helpful and professional. She listens and is very attentive to your concerns as well as seeming to have the answers to the questions. I feel confident in going to the office with any anything that might come up. It’s great to see someone who brings such a positive attitude with every interaction.
I lived here for 2 years, each question that I had for the management team was met with absolutely zero assistance. The staff has the incredible ability of making you feel that having a question/issue/need is a hassle/inconvenience for them. I have never encountered such terrible customer service. Please reconsider living here.
