Updates: I’ve lived here for over 3 years, and the experience has gone downhill badly. I’m writing this mostly to warn others, especially families with kids, to think twice. For months we dealt with ongoing harassment from the downstairs neighbor in the form of aggressive retaliatory banging anytime we did normal things like walking through the apartment or going to the bathroom. I recently had a maintenance emergency with my heat and hot water in the middle of the night. I called the emergency number and got a Quick response call back from Hector. He was at my unit in a matter of minutes. He was so professional and helpful. My hot water tank broke and was leaking water from it. He was able to drain the water and ensure me he would be back early in the morning with his team to replace it. He left me with portable heaters and returned first thing in the morning. DO NOT and I repeat: DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional management. Avoids resolving conflicts for tenants, instead keeps telling tenants to call the police, even for noise complaints and tenant harassment. We have been harassed for months (affecting children) by other neighbors in the same building, and they did absolutely nothing to relieve the tension.
This place is a complete disaster. I’d give it zero stars if I could. First of all, the price is ridiculous. You pay a fortune for what you get. The gym is a tiny room with a couple of old, rusty weights and broken treadmills. The pool jacuzzi makes a terrible sound like it’s going to explode. And don’t even get me started on the apartments. They’re “newly remodeled,” but they’re a mess. There are leaking floors that could lead to mold, and the air conditioning units break down for weeks and then they forget to order a new o... read more
