The staff was very friendly, the facility looked clean, and our friend seemed to be well cared for when we visited.
I want to give a shout-out to the staff, they are overworked and underpaid. They are trying their best, I appreciate you!
Great visit.
I am giving one star because some of the staff were good and kind to my Grandmother. However, some were not, and whomever she did physical therapy with did not prepare her adequately to be discharged. For example, she never practiced stairs, and we have at least 4 stairs just to get in our home. I had to call 911 for assistance to help my brother pick her up and get her inside. Since her discharge 3 days ago she is still not strong enough to stand on her own for long, not to mention walking! And in-home care physical therapy... read more
