This place is so nice and the staff is super nice and I felt they made my mom feel so important and they see dedicated to making her feel better.

My mother is under rehab there currently. But, the staffing is terrible that I can say and know. I've tried numerous times to speak with my mother for past 3days all, to no avail. They apparently only have one cordless phone for residents usage. In which is wrong. I've no knowledge of when she'll be removed from here neither. Administraton is non helpful as well. I've left numerous voicemails for intake management without response or return calls. Do not send your family members here. It's terrible.

My mother in law has been here for a week and a half and the positive interactions, constant check in and care by staff has been with kind bedside manner and professionalism. We are here with her all day every day and have witnessed every shift with positive kudos being sent . Instead of just doing things, they explain what they are doing before hand, reassure her during and help her along through her day. Her room and the whole place is clean.
