If I could, I would have given them 5+ stars as a review. I was so pleased by how quickly they could solve my problem and how nice the lady who helped me was, absolutely excellent experience with them! I hope more shops in the USA will be like them
This place is amazing. They’ve repaired my glasses twice, and the price is great, the customer service is amazing and they’re also super fast! I definitely recommend this place!!
This shop is the best in all of Virginia, even better than the fancy glasses places, because they really know how to fix any type of glasses and they are super fast. Been coming here for 15 years and they are always on point! Thank you guys for all you do to help others see more confortably!
I just got my orascoptic dental loupes fixed & it was THE best experience ever. She did it in less than 5 minutes, & they’re back to normal. Something I would have paid hundreds for if I had sent back to orascoptic. 10/10 recommend! Great customer service & will definitely be going back for any other fixes :)
