Dr. Rau was a pleasure to work with and always made my daughter feel comfortable during visits. He was also understanding and respectful of our decision to follow a delayed vaccination schedule, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, once Dr. Parik became aware of our decision, he informed us that we would no longer be allowed to be seen at the practice. I was called on the morning of my appointment about switching over a primary care doctor to accommodate the doctor getting paid over the health of my child. I was not told about this when I scheduled my appointment which was not a holiday therefore I was unable to change primary care doctors because the insurance company was closed. Very friendly staff and the drs are great with the children and make it not scary like some drs can do. They explain things very well if you have any questions and are always willing to listen to any concerns you have
