Honestly, it's hard to say enough good things about the Manas Property Group team. This is the landlord you want - a family run operation that cares about their properties and tenants. A wonderful management company! My husband and I have lived in one of their properties in Park Slope for five years, and both agree that they're the best that we've dealt with easily. Responsive, reasonable, attentive to their tenants, easy to communicate with, great in terms of how they take care of their properties. I’ve been living in one of the Manas properties in Park Slope, Brooklyn since early 2020. Of the property management companies I’ve had to deal with during my 5 years living in NYC these folks have truly been the best. I believe it’s primarily a family run situation, so immediately you get a way better experience than with most of the faceless management groups that are common around the city.
