I’ve been living in one of the Manas properties in Park Slope, Brooklyn since early 2020. Of the property management companies I’ve had to deal with during my 5 years living in NYC these folks have truly been the best. I believe it’s primarily a family run situation, so immediately you get a way better experience than with most of the faceless management groups that are common around the city.
