Mercedes gave me the best deep facial. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Her hands are so gentle that the whole experience was very relaxing. My skin felt amazing afterward. I highly recommend her!

“I dont do that, thankyou” and hung up without letting me finish or saying bye. I called your business first time and patiently explained what I was looking for and you kept cutting me mid sentence and eventually said this and hung up.

1-Star Review for Manantial Beauty Salon and Spa Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this place, especially if you’re using a Groupon deal. We booked a $45 package originally listed as $90 for a haircut, conditioning treatment, and blow dry. Before going, we confirmed with the owner that there would be no extra charges. She clearly said nothing extra, just tip. That turned out to be completely false. We arrived at 5 PM and were told the nail technician would be back soon. She showed up at 7 PM. I had a deep facial with Mercedes, and I want to start by saying she is clearly very knowledgeable and did a good job with the actual cleaning. My skin felt fine afterward. However, the overall experience was a bit frustrating for a first visit. I felt there was a lot of pressure to purchase extra add-on services and products for an additional cost when I was just looking for a standard treatment.
