They told me they were in the Anthem Network. Based on this, I decided to buy from them. When it came time to pay, they said oh you need to go online to this hearsource.com website. And then they said that the hearsource is not in the Anthem Network. So they got my business by saying they were in the Anthem Network, but they handle their transactions with another company (the exact same phone number by the way) that they can then claim is not in the Anthem Network. They have refused to honor the discount that Anthem provides... read more
What a caring wonderful group of people here at Manan Hearing. I would recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aids.
I've worn hearing aids for 25 years, really most of my life. I have always had a love - hate relationship with hearing aids until recently. I'd like to give an outstanding review of Manan Hearing Care here in Terre Haute. They just seem to "get it" when it comes to fitting and sound adjustments. I feel like I am hearing better than I have in years and without all the negatives usually associated with hearing aid wear. My voice sounds normal and background noises don't seem over amplified to me. 5 Star Rating from me.
