Dr. Sheri, a dentist in Waxhaw, was absolutely inconsiderate to my mother’s health condition to continue with her dental appointment that I had made weeks before. Dr. Surti refused to continue my mother’s appointment and didn’t take the time to understand her condition to try to help her with taking basic X-rays. Instead she just decided not to help us and instead tried to refer us to an out of network dentist 30 minutes away. Unbelievably unprofessional, and rude.
