De Patel was wonderful. She was clear in explanations. The clinic itself was disappointing. Patients were waiting at the door which did not open until 7:55. I could see staff inside at 7:48 but they couldn’t open the door to waiting patients? Dr Patel had no tech and had to do testing herself. How is this acceptable? Poorly run clinic from what I could see.
Nurse Reynard and Dr. Patel were professional, polite, patient, and thorough.

I always find out useful information from Dr Patel. Aside from being reassured about my visual health, I also found out some things about eyelashes I never suspected. Positive all the way.
