A great mechanic and fair prices.
The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. Even when trying to be polite with her she is short and quite obnoxious. It’s a shame because the mechanics are really good. But she should go. 4/26/24: Just had another interaction with this person. She is just as nasty, loathsome, inconsiderate, and rude as she was a year ago. Did work without permission. Dropped off wife’s car for inspection, gave phone number said call if anything is needed. No calls, girl at front just said it’s done when I followed up and called after 3. This is the second vehicle I’ve brought in the last couple weeks, first went fine. Charged my wife for a cabin air filter, air filter, and “needed lights” to the tune of $187 with no permission.
