Reception was very welcoming and polite. Didn't have to wait too long before seeing Doctor Sayce. Absolute Gentleman explaining everything I needed to know with regards to the procedure I was going to undertake and made me feel quite at ease explaining it in detail, even producing a copy of a spine and showing me the area's he would be addressing. I strongly recommend Doctor Sayce to help with your pain management.
Rooms at Robina are very bright and comfortable - Dr Ring is highly recommended for his knowledge and professionalism- I have a great deal of confidence in my upcoming appointments to help manage my pain
My appointment was with Dr Tomsett. Very courteous and polite. Explained why and what was causing my pain in a thorough and easy to understand way. Highly recommend.
Can I please just extend my highest and deepest levels of appreciation for this clinic. To be honest I wasn’t sure of what to expect as it was first time seeing a pain management specialist and my during the course of actually trying to finding a clinic for jus a consult without having the clic trying to book me in for a 15k course was absolutely tiring. I saw Dr Liam Ring initially 12mths ago when my other specialist closed his practice unexpectedly. Despite his busy patient load he saw me and treated me using Radio Frequency pulsed therapy. I had enormous relief from the procedure and Dr Ring was at all times engaged and helpful. Follow up has been the same. I have recommended him to many I know with pain symptoms.
