My husband and I have 2 properties and I have more involvement in the building management side of things. Many buildings we know of have managers who do not do much and are never available out of hours but Managers4U is definitely different. Long weekend or late at night not a problem. We recently had major leak problems above unit 12 in torrential rain. Managers4U were on to it and I and other unit owners were very impressed.
