If you love being overcharged for snow removal and charged for services you didn't authorize and that are not physically possible, then this is the company for you. It took 6 months for them to remove a bill for plowing my parking lot, and they only remove it because our contract didn't authorize plowing, not because I don't have a parking lot, which I pointed out to them, to this day they still insist they plowed this parking lot that doesn't exist.
