Not only are they terrible with tenants, they use their former employees as escape ghoats blaming them for ALL problems. I worked for them several years ago and they were terrible. I am an honest person and they were not!! I agree that you should run screaming from this company. it would be better for you to live under a bridge then in one of their properties; and property owners should never have them manage their homes or apartments. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

What a rip off – I have had the same experience with these people not returning phone calls when problems are reported. I also think that they are jerks to deal with and they are "out to lunch" when it comes to costs of rentals. Oh, and BTW, as soon as your lease expires they really stick it to ya. They make you sign another year or more lease and if not - they jack the price way up so even if you are there for a few extra months you may as well have signed another year lease because either way you are going to pay for it. they lied about us to other agency – when we moved into the apartments they are renting, there was a really bad cat urine smell, we complained about it, but never responded to our calls or emails. other things have went wrong there and they ignored all our calls and emails. they never return phone calls. we are now trying to get another place and they are telling THIS rental agency that we had the sheriff called on us multiple times (never once did we), that we never turned in our keys, which we did... and that WE were the o... read more

Terrible Company - Run away FAST! – This company is despicable. They don't answer their phone and they rarely return phone calls or emails. They do not follow instructions that have been given in writing. Honestly, I have no idea how they are still in business. They steal money from clients that they manage properties for. He collected rent from one of my tenants for 6 months without sending me a dime. Unbelievable.
