I am not sure if I am the only one that had some issues with MP but I had some issues that I would like to at least bring to attention to anyone that is thinking of getting a apartment under MP. First off for over a year MP promised to replace the stairway/catwalk to the upper apartment for for over a year while they promised to replace it the Fall of 2018 they didn't do that until August of 2019. I'm a current tenant, and this company is awesome! They answer to service calls very quickly. I feel like what makes renting from this company the best is the office lady that takes care of everything, Char. She is always friendly and accomodating to us. I sometimes think she sees us as her "kids", since most of us around here are college-age students...and so she does her best to take care of us. Highly recommended.
