Stay far away from Management Jax LLC, as they are horribly unorganized, completely delusional to deal with, and will totally disregard you as a tenant. They completely ignore critical issues while manipulating their systems to suit themselves, showing zero respect or basic competence. Save yourself the extreme headache and do not trust this company with your money or your home.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I stayed at a property for 3 years that’s was infested and had mold issues. They will not come to fix anything in a timely manner. It takes weeks to get any issues resolved. They left us a whole month without a working bathroom. Also left us a month with a leaking ceiling. They eventually fixed the ceiling but never fixed the interior roof or replace the carpet. Do not rent from them!!
