Gave us a three hour window for the repair person to arrive, and no one ever showed up or called.

Don't even think of using this company: They will cancel appointments over and over again, or just not show up to scheduled appointments. After making me wait for hours they come without the proper equipment to do the job (more than once). They are unprofessional and never finished the job they started of installing thermostats and calibrating my ovens. I had to call another company to finish the job

I called this company to come to my and fix my washer and dryer combo from LG. They said they could fix it, made an appointment and when they finally arrived an hour late, they changed a piece (the drain pump to be exact) and told me the machine was good to go. The guys that came were very nice but very unprofessional not only because they were late but also because I overheard them cursing in my kitchen talking about their private lives, obviously not caring if my children heard them.
