I rented from vintage in mill creek WA and my complaint is that the apartment building was brand new I lived there a year so I gave my 29 days notice to move out and they said they never received it so that’s one month of rent they charged me after I moved then they said the place had damage over 5k with of damage now how is that possible I lived thee one year and am a very clean person so they can say whatever they want and I can’t do anything about it!???

FPI Management is run by complete small brained morons. I love watching properties they opened in Tri Cities turn into ruin.
Vintage at Tacoma does not care about the residents at all. Unresponsive to maintenance requests, advertised amenities are not available, and the office is only open 3 days a week, a few hrs. per day.
I rent at Pointe at Vintage in Des Moines Wa. The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. They constantly lie, shady people and company. Hidden fees at every turn and they never let you talk. Inez is the worst she asks you a question then interrupts you constantly and telling you you are wrong. No this staff are all liars and very unprofessional. I have asked fpi to call me for months. Haven't heard anything as of today.
