Excellent Timely service. Lucie provided us with excellent service especially with the removal of the troublesome tenant, advice on repairs and changes required, reletting of the premises with suitable tenants. She was quick to respond to our requests and questions and kept us informed of progress during the whole process. I highly recommend Lucie.
Excellent and Personal Service. Amy was a wonderful help in selling our apartment in Braddon. This was accomplished within the timeframe and price anticipated. There were some niggly problems from the buyer's side which Amy had to navigate. Amy kept us fully informed and recommended options to move forward. We would have no hesitation in using Amy's services again.
We've had some issues with this agency. I wouldn't recommend it to either tenants or property owners. If you're a property owner, this agency has a very poor grasp of the legal requirements associated with managing a property in the ACT, which could open you up to lost revenue in the future. For existing clients it might already be an issue. Good communication. Amy has been keeping us informed during the whole process, she provided her expertise and making professional recommendations when working with clients and solicitor. We achieved getting buyers on first day open house, and leading to contract exchange as quickly as we could.
