Terrible patient service, tried to make an appointment with this office for over 2 weeks, no return call, no follow-up. I finally contacted the office and spoke to the receptionist. I felt that I was inconveniencing her and that she had something more pressing to deal with. I asked if I would be able to make an appointment, she quickly stated that I would need a referral from my family practitioner. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. They have been helping me with my back problems and I'm in a lot better shape than before. Not 100% yet but I don't expect to be this soon either. I can see over time this was a good choice
