Daniel from South Property Management is very responsive and addresses any maintenance issues promptly. He goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and wants tenants to be happy and be able to enjoy the property. Lucky to have him as the property manager.
South Property Management are very professional and responsive to both property owners and tenants. Maintenance issues are quickly addressed and resolved. Requests from owners regarding property issues are responded to usually within an hour and attended to in a fast and effective way. I really appreciate the property management of Matt and his team and wouldn't be with anyone else.
Matt has been instrumental and exceptionally efficient in managing my property in Dunedin. From our first meeting, when we were selecting the right agent, it was clear that he was the ideal choice.
