Dr. Laura Kelly is a compassionate therapist. She has helped me a lot during our sessions. Always has new exercises to offer and really wants the best outcome for me. Very friendly and easy to talk with.
I can't speak highly enough of Mana Pelvic Health and Alexis English. After being recommended to Mana by my GP, I eventually decided to give it a try after months of pelvic pain. With 7 months of physical therapy and exercises she gave me to do at home, my pelvic pain subsided. !t actually subsided after the first couple sessions. The exercises have helped me strengthen my pelvic muscles, helped with strength, and helped with balance.
