I’ve gone to Mana on multiple occasions and it is always a phenomenal experience! The staff is extremely skilled and I always leave feeling relaxed and recovered. There’s nowhere else I’d recommend for massage and recovery needs!
Deep tissue massage with Kevin was amazing! His hands are magic on knots. I loved using the cold plunge and sauna afterwards. I came in weary and left cheery!

I’ve been going to MANA for over a year now, and every massage therapist I’ve seen has been excellent. They truly listen to what your body needs, and I always leave feeling renewed and balanced.
