Amazing experience, I never had that before
Generally I do walk ins for short 30 min sessions. Most are nice and really give good pressure to work out the knots. I did have a poor experience one night with a short bob lady who speaks cantonese and mandarin. Her pressure is a little too light, so not much therapeutic effect. When it come to payment, to my surprise I didn’t realize the acceptHSA card so I did that. I didn’t know it wouldn’t trigger a tip screen though. I always get deep tissue massage here and it's so worth it. Wendy is the best masseuse there.
I had a very concerning experience at this massage place. I had a massage 10 days ago, and when I got off the table I fell as the floor was a little slippery. I hit my head on the table and had a noticeable bump at the back of my head. I had to go to urgent care immediately to make sure there was no serious injury. When I contacted the owner about the incident and asked about covering my medical expenses, I was told that they had insurance, but the next day the owner told me to contact a lawyer instead. I’ve been here twice, the first time I had a great massage, the second time I went back it started out extremely weak to the point where I could hardly feel anything so I asked for it to be stronger and the entire remainder of the time she used her elbows even over my shoulder blade and other bones repeatedly I had to ask her to stop because she just did that same spot over and over.
