There is a welcoming, positive and caring atmosphere which always allows me to let go and feel what is important for my self growth. Everyone there is interested in helping clients to grow spiritually, physically and emotionally. The lecture series are informative and thought provoking. The yoga classes are tailored to my body and treatments there (massage, acupressure, energy/body work etc.) are of the highest caliber.
