Mana Immigration is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. One of their case specialists in their Tehran office treated me in a highly inappropriate and offensive manner. Due to numerous mistakes and negligence by Ms. LEILA GHAFFARI, I visited their office to address my concerns. She was there and, shockingly, reacted aggressively and disrespectfully toward me. This was the worst experience I had in my immigration process with this company and Mr. Iman Moidi! Their lack of proper understanding of our case and completely incorrect guidance led to significant financial losses and a huge waste of time. We eventually had to hire another lawyer to fix their mistakes. Poor communication, lack of availability, high legal fees, and the extremely unprofessional behavior of some staff members were just part of my terrible experience with this firm.
