I’ve never made a review for a Doctor before but; I came to the UofA for college 3 years ago, and always hated going to the doctor growing up. My psychiatrist recommended Dr. Bufford, and I hope to never go anywhere else. I have never felt so seen and heard by a doctor. Talking to her feels so safe, and I walk out of her office each time with such peace at mind. Beware of their faulty appointment system. You’re not guaranteed of seeing the dr, even if you scheduled an appointment and confirmed it, via an email from their office the day prior. You may arrive for a scheduled, verified appointment, only to find that the office has canceled the appointment without any notice. And don’t dare to share your disappointment and frustration with office staff if this happens to you also. You may find yourself abruptly in the market for a new PCP.
