I’m very unhappy with the level of care from Dr Gordon’s office. Very rude and dismissive communication from an obviously disgruntled and overwhelmed nurse. Very, very long wait times and complete disregard for my wellbeing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! What a lousy, horrible experience. No wonder why patients are required to sign a piece of paper agreeing to not physically assault the staff (NO JOKE!!!). Personally, I liked Dr Gordon. He prescribed me a medication and I had to go back and forth over a 20 day period via the portal with one of there staff on how to take these meds. The doctor is great, however is ALWAYS late. The office manager is a witch. Clearly unhappy in her life as she’s grossly miserable.
