STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! What a lousy, horrible experience. No wonder why patients are required to sign a piece of paper agreeing to not physically assault the staff (NO JOKE!!!). Personally, I liked Dr Gordon. He prescribed me a medication and I had to go back and forth over a 20 day period via the portal with one of there staff on how to take these meds. The doctor is great, however is ALWAYS late. The office manager is a witch. Clearly unhappy in her life as she’s grossly miserable.
I recently moved to northwest Arkansas after retiring from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. My family physician in Monticello highly recommended Dr. Gordon so I called recently for a check-up. I was told in no uncertain terms that because I was now on Medicare, they would NOT accept me as a patient. Apparently, if I still had my health insurance through the University of Arkansas, I would be welcomed.
