Unfortunately not a great experience. The massage was ok - I have had better but not terrible - but I did not feel welcomed or heard. It is the first massage I have ever left not feeling better than when I arrived. When I mentioned this to Nicole I felt dismissed. Given the number of great reviews she has, it is my hope this was just an off day.

I had my first massage with Nicole. She made me so comfortable and listened toy needs. I have had many massages and this one is by far the best. I have already made my next appointment.
Very peaceful environment and Nicole was very informative and professional. I left feeling physically and emotionally relaxed. Looking forward to my next one!
