My name is nicole and I just went to receive my first massage from here. I was slightly confused finding it and made a joke once I did. I wasn’t even told hello or asked how are you , or even my name . Then she proceeded to walk me into a pitch dark room . I could not see if the room was even clean . Unfortunately not a great experience. The massage was ok - I have had better but not terrible - but I did not feel welcomed or heard. It is the first massage I have ever left not feeling better than when I arrived. When I mentioned this to Nicole I felt dismissed. Given the number of great reviews she has, it is my hope this was just an off day.
It's an amazingly wonderful experience!
