I was suffering with sciatica so painful I could hardly walk sometimes and was living on pain pills. One session with Mana and 4 days later the sciatica pain was completely gone. I had already done the 10 sessions many years ago with his father and I highly recommend getting the 10 sessions for anyone who hasn’t done it yet. Rolfing/Structural Integration is so important…this is the only body you’ll have the rest of your life and you deserve to live pain free. My brother’s migraines stopped after his 10 sessions.

Mana is an amazing Rolfer with a great understanding of the skill involved regarding Rolfing. I injured my knee in 2017, and was unable to straighten my leg since. After my FIRST visit, the knee was 90% straight! I have seen other Rolfers and no one was able to help with this problem. There are no words to express my delight and joy at being able to walk correctly after eight years!! He is the very best!!! God bless him!!

Mana did a great job during my series of 10 visits, making my body feel so much better than ever before! After my treatments, I even hit a new personal best in a 5K run, because Mana got my body aligned and working efficiently. I would highly recommend him to regular people and athletes alike.

Mana is incredible. Whether I’m having neck or back pain he fixes the cause of the issue. Rolfing has helped keep me out of chronic pain. I’d highly recommend doing the 10 series and then monthly for maintenance. Thanks Mana for helping me get my life back!
