After being ripped off and disappointed by other RV techs who didn't know their stuff or who stood me up time after time, five years ago a friend recommended Man of Steele to me and I have used ****** ever since--in fact it makes me nervous when anyone else works on my rig. He is knowledgeable and efficient in his work, and he is an honest guy who never sells his customers anything they don't need. I highly recommend this company.
Dan's Service Was 5 Stars at first. His receptionist Rebecca was super sweet and accommodating. Then I got the bill with $104 trip and service charge. At this point I was upset and my rating was definitely at 3.5 to 4 stars. After the email exchange I just had with Dan, I'm sad to say that my rating is at a solid 2 stars. I'm sorry you feel mobile services should be free. Again the service fee covers my cost of coming to you. Every single mobile RV repair service has a service fee.
