Amanda has no clue what she’s doing. She acts like she does and she can put on a decent front but she has no clue. I ordered a quad set of 300 V8 from her. She didn’t tell me one of the set I had to get repainted white which the paint is not nearly as strong from the factory as it is when you repaint it. My boat got finished. She forgot to put the grommets in so the water gets in under the cowling from the rigging tube. She also tried to charge me $750 to come fix my boat. I told her I’m not paying it. Man o War has been my go-to choice for maintenance, being able to accommodate everything from routine maintenance intervals to complex troubleshooting and repairs on the 400, 450, 500, and 600 mercury platforms. Terrible communication throughout the process. They never had me sign anything, then hit me with an unexpected bill at the end. Very unprofessional. Update: She said I wasn’t a customer below… This is part of her scam… She never had me sign anything when I initiated work with her shop… And now it seems by doing that she can try to report bad reviews as not real… I wouldn’t take time out of my day to leave a review on a marine mechanic…
