Fantastic. Wal and his wife are fantastic. From the moment I spoke with Wal on the phone to when I met him he was professional, accurate, caring and consultative. I live at Lake Macquarie and I had been having issues with reoccurring water ingress into the gear case. A local dealer/repairer had replaced some seals at “their” discretion including fitting some seals back to front and upside down including having the gear case twice. MAN Marine has been servicing my BRIG 520 Navigator with a Honda 80 for two years now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Honest, reasonable and always willing to spend time to discuss things and provide advice. Five stars from me.
I was chasing a small part for my Honda 2.3hp out board. Wal was the only one from all the shops I contacted to call me back. The part wasn’t in stock so he couldn’t help me but he called me back with another option which could work. Thanks Wal. You are a breath of fresh air in a busy stressful world.
