Very late, no communication while I waited & poor service. Didn’t get my hair cut, after waiting 20 mins for my appointment. I was told the hairstylist was running a few mins late, but I didn't agree to wait for 20 mins. WORSE PART, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR $55!!!! That's the reason for this review!!!
Been coming here consistently for 6+ years and get the best cut in Kelowna. Always a great vibe in the shop, authentic and genuine people, and professionals that clearly enjoy their craft and take interest in making sure your cut is defined the way you like. Can vouch for the barbers I consistently see, but would not hesitate to book with ANY barber available. Truly great professionals, massive shoutout to Athy and
