I went to ManCave Barber Shop at Metrotown for a skin fade and unfortunately was extremely disappointed with the haircut I received from Michael. To be fair, Michael is a really nice guy, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I had a good experience talking with him as a person, and I have nothing negative to say about his attitude or customer service. I didnt appreciate how I felt judged by the lady who cut my hair, she rushed through it as quickly as she could and the back was cut uneven ( few long strains that was missed) She didn't follow through with instructions of how I wanted the cut. This used to be my favorite spot to get my haircut never thought I'd be leaving a bad review ever
